The  increase  in  globalization  trends  accomodates  existing  and  potential  individuals ,firms and  Countries. These  categories of  business  partners  explore  markets  with  desired  commodities, and  start  up  new  ones  where  the  market  is  conducive  and  profit  reliable.

  Specific  markets  are  known  for  being  manufacturers / producers  of  particular  goods  and  services. Also, specialization  in  rendering  efficient  services   is  the  strength  of  others.  

Though  valuation  of  currency  and  activities  in  stock  markets  shape  the  market, there  are  other  basic  factors  that  matter.

All  these  are  essentail  and  play  a  vital  role  in  determining  the  performance  of  markets/ businesses .However ,  available  capital ,  plan , structure ,  environment  to  invest  in  and  proper   implementation  of  blueprint  leads  to  aspiring  in  the  market  and  if  maintained, field / sector  dominance  becomes  inevitable. 

MACRO MICROSOFT

STRENGHTS- Microsoft  founded  on  the  4th  day  of  april  1975  by  Bill  Gates  and  Paul  Allen  is  the  most  used  electronic / software  device  on  Earth  .  The  company`s  establishment  virtue, brand  loyalty , steady  updating  of  systems  and  a  reputation  that  matches  the  status  of  the  company`s  production  efforts. Constant  research  and  development  makes  the  company  a  formidable  brand. Present  diversification  to  production  of  video  games( XBOX) series  aids  the  exploration  of  the  company`s  product  by    distinct  group  of  individuals  and  a  younger  generation  of   users. The  Bill  and  Melinda  foundation  also  makes  the  perception  of  the  company  nicer  due  to  efforts  the  foundation`s  in  eradicating  poverty.

WEAKNESSES- The  similarity  in  operating  systems  is  the  basic  lapse  of  the  firm. Customers , rivals  and  market  critics  alike  complain  of  the  indifference  in  windows  usage  pattern  and  the  decline  in  some  the  programmes.

OPPORTUNITIES-Growing  economies  in  the  world  and  the  increased  dependancy  on  computers  use  in  studies  and  work  gives  the  company  a  very  great  market  potential  even  with  it`s  present  position. Also,  possible involvement  in  the  XO-1  (one  laptop  per  child) project  would   be  another  development  to  reckon  with.

THREATS- Some  of  the  company`s  threats  include  Apple,  sony  and  nintendo.  Apple`s  touch  screen  technologies  and  other  major  development  by  the  company  makes  it  microsoft`s  greatest  rival. Sony`s  playstation   edition  and  the  xbox  are  market  rivals  in  the  gaming  industry. Nintendo  is  having  a  censor  advantage  over  the  two companies  due  to  violent  and  nude  contents  complained  by  concerned  groups  of  individuals.

The  airbus Concorde  was  grounded   for  numerous  reasons.  Though  it  was  a  marvelous  project  and  a  flight  desired  by  many, the  later  reign  of  the  aircraft  however  proved  bad. Air  crashes , cost of  maintenance , lack  of  credibility and  low  morale  in  the  company`s  employees  due  to  public  complains  and  rival  interest. Efforts  were  made  to  revatilise  the  airliner,  but   the  managing  board  of  airbus, British  Airways  and  Air  France   settled  for  taking  the  flight  off  service.
